No Ship/scip yard listed for Cowgate Street on an address search on the 1911 census

well electoral rolls for that time will only show the male who is entitled to vote.

i was wondering if someone could help me find who was living at an adress in 1911-1914.ive just recieved my g grandfathers wedding certificate and with the information on it im still none the wiser .
