Does anyone know if there is a way to move one branch of my tree onto an individual file?. I have contact with several members of my family and would like to forward information to them which relates to their line only. Any advice would be welcome. Thank you. |

Unfortunately I do not think that there is a way to do that. |

FTM will allow you to create a gedcom using the names in any report you have created |

You can download a free family history software from FamilySearch.org . Then import your GR file as a gedcom and work on it from there. |

A useful option for printing parts of a GR tree, is to highlight an individual on the full tree, then click on 'Ancestors' or 'Descendants'. Either of these will show the direct line leading to or from the selected individual, but will not include siblings or children . You can then print off a copy of this shortened tree by the same method you would use for a full tree. |
