My relative Aurelio Gonsalves c1896 married Lily Elizabeth Arnold 1896 I have found them in the Travel section of Ancestry. They travelled from 1924 to 1931 by which time they had four children and Lily returned to England alone with the children. Lily was born in Bethnal Green, London but I have no idea about Aurelio and don't know how to find out. |

What are you trying to find, do you want to go backwards or come forwards - or both? Do you know the names of their parents - where did Aurelio and Lily sail to please? |

I want to go both back and forward. Lily's parents were John James Arnold 1855 and Elizabeth Harvey c1856. Aurelio and Lily sailed on the Pellerin De Latouche sailing from Colon to Plymouth, they embarked at Port of Spain in 1924. They sailed on the same ship embarking Trinidad in 1925. Then they sailed on the Stuyvesant from Trinidad to Plymouth embarking at Demerara in 1931. Finally, Lily sailed without Aurelio on the Stuyvesant sailing New York to Amsterdam embarking Demerara in 1933. |

Have you tried a search on this site, there are members with the surname Gonsalves in their trees. |

Thank you Liz for all your help. I have searched trees on this site but none have Aurelio. How do you get access to 1911 Census, I have found a pay per view or a use within 7 days but wondered if there is anything else? |

I subscribe yearly to a website which has the l9ll census, but you can view it by buying credits - if you enter "1911 census" the site should appear. |
