Why two death entries?

EDIT - please don't look for this woman, there is another thread doing that, I just wanted ideas as to why it might happen. She did marry Mr Didcott (in her 50s), we think she was previously married to a Mr Baldock, but no marriage has been found. |

There was another thread that had this a few weeks ago and woman was listed under both of her married surnames in the death index. |
