Have just found a half sister and an address does anyone have any tips on the best way to contact her?. I'm not sure how much information to put into an initial contact letter. Any advice gratefully received. |

Does your half sister know of you? If not, it may be better for a third party to approach her on your behalf, or just send a letter asking if you may be related, giving minimal information. If she does not know of you, it may come as a bit of a surprise. |
