I am trying to download a WW1 service record from Ancestry and it doesn't let me save to computer like other records. Could it be that there are too many images on the record or is it something that you can just attach to somebody and not download? |

I have just tried saving the image a WW1 service record on my computer and it works perfectly well. |

Just tried it again as you suggested - now working. This wasn't showing before - it only gave the option of shoebox or person. |

Am I right in assuming there isn't a 'save all' option, and that you have to do each image individually? |
