this is what is says on direct gov, only parents of the stillborn child or the stillborn child's siblings can apply |

I was helping someone on here and the death of the stillborn child was registered normally. |

If the child has drawn breath, if only for a few seconds, then it should have a birth and death registered. If it was dead when born - and after 24 weeks pregnancy then it should have been recorded as stillborn, with no death cert. Prior to 24 weeks then no registration. |
