How are fishermen/seamen recorded if they were at sea on the night of the census? |

Thanks very much, I have bookmarked this site which has a lot of info for the future investigation of my fishermen family. I don't think they are Royal Navy men, just fishing boats out of Boston. Unfortunately, the 1841 census [ the one I was interested in], doesn't record men at sea. I will keep trying, and thanks again for the useful info |
