If the fathers name had been given after registration, then the original birth certificate would have been amended and superseded. Only certs with the new information are issued after. |

my grandfathers birth cert does not give a fathers name,we in the family know the family history concerning this,what i would like to ask is this....in the paragraph on the birth cert where it says "fathers name added after reg " my cert has a line across it,does that mean fathers name has or has not been given after reg?.thanks.x |
