Is it possible to get a list of people born on a certain day in the UK when all you are sure of is the surname and exact date i.e. no idea of the county and not sure of the christian name? If so can anyone please point me in the right direction. |

Births are registered in quarters so you could only get the quarter , on Ancestry for instance if you put in a surname only and a year every birth for that year with that surname will come up , if you know the date you could narrow down |

You can do similar on FreeBMD but the births only go up to about the 1930's |

If you have the marriage of your grandfather, you can get your gt grandfather's name from it. |
