i wondered if anyone could tell me if i have someones name but not address apart from the town and area of the town that they lived in ,could i find it on an electrol register. the name is an unusual name i and i think it would be perhaps one of only 2 or 3 people in that area. i am looking for records after 1945 but before 1951. would i be able to find them on name and area alone? |
