I think my one of my sisters may not share the family name. If the mother does not have the father around when registering the birth (may not want to record him on the birth certificate or for whatever reason it may be), will the mothers name appear twice as under fathers name and under mothers maiden name (i'm only looking at the records at the moment i haven't got the certificate yet)? |
