yes, they are pretty flexible, I had free essentials with my FTM which I already had and Ancestry upgraded me to premium instead |

Yes, if you ring them up and explain they should extend your existing subscription to compensate. |

i have been given FTM premium for christmas and this includes free membership to Ancestry. i have already got a subscription which i upgraded to include the london parish records. Can anyone tell me if Ancestry will give me a credit against the FTM membership and how I go about claiming it ? pretty sure someone else on here may have been in the same situation. Alice |
