The PAF program is fine as far as it goes and is, no doubt adequate for many people. However commercial programs such has Family Tree Maker are more sophisticated and offer more facilities and options. |

Family Historian defnitely, takes some getting used to and a little bit of trial and error, (Santa brought me this last year). I had Family Tree Maker before that and was happy with that for a long time, but the tree diagrams are the main thing which swayed me eventually, although you can do so much else on it. |
