I knew i didn't explain it properly sorry If you go onto BMD to find the marriage of George Jones 1919 the Oct Nov Dec record starts at Jones Grace which means in 3 months no one in Wales with the name Jones whose first name alphabeticaly started before GRace Where are the |

Without specific names to check it out it's very hard to say. They should be there. Are you looking at a particular registration district or county? |

This problem has happened to me on a couple of occasions now it seems to be a problem with GR there seems to be a page missing with the other half of names sometimes as i said in Wales there should be dozens of George's and others before it gets to Grace Jones There are very often 2 pages for each 3 month set for the more popular names and 1919 after the war there could even be 3 pages |

Although Ancestry's interface is much smoother, it is possible to view the image on FreeBMD (modulo missing images) - if you've got a hit, then you can usually click on the spectacles next to his entry. Otherwise, you can take the "view images" link at: |
