Can anyone tell me if it`s possible to find out where regiments served during and after WW2. My uncle John Charles Johnston is thought to have been in the Royal Inniskilling Regiment during the war and served with them in Kenya during the Mau Mau problems in the 1950s. I can`t find any reference to them particularly to the Kenya posting. I would like to find if he survived and returned home . |
