i have a john porter b 1820 portsmouth,married to Elliss in the 1861 census in east sussex & looks like Allice in the 1851 census in brede, which name is right. i cannot find a marriage in either name, their eldest son was 7 years old in 1851. Can you help. |

maybe a spelling mistake alice and eliss sound similar have you ordered sons birth certificate that would give you there names |
