I see what you mean now. I have a couple of names entered in upper case as well as mixed case. On names summary they show under both but with the same statistics against each one. |

I mean when you add someone to your tree and it comes up with how many tree or record matches you've got |

I find it annoying with the Mc's as well and sometimes just sometimes it will agree with me and put in eg McAulay but 9 out of 10 times it fails. I have even been back through my tree changed them and saved them etc and yep they are McK or McD etc and when I go back the next time they have reverted to the lower case. |

Not for me. I tried it both ways and get exactly the same results. Or am I misunderstanding what you mean? I mean on "Search Trees" it makes no difference if I use upper or lower case. |

Did you know your family tree on genes reunited is case sensative so the number of record and tree matches you get depends on wether you use capitals or not, found out when i entered the same relation twice once each way with differing results. |
