Too late now, but if you order from a local registry office (e.g. Norwich, you would have to check out which one covered Forehoe) and specify the parents, if it is the wrong child they do not charge at all. |

Can't see him on ancestry! But no matter, it is so hard to distinguish between these two, you will just have to guess and as Julie says specify father. If wrong will cost only 3 pounds. |

There's a Henry William Bales on 1881 Census, born in Norwich (c.1867), living in Lambeth, Spurgeon's Orphanage. |
