You could just buy the marriage certificate - you only need to use his name. |

Look for him in the 1891 census and see what his wife's name is (unless both women on the page of the marriage reference have the same first name). |

I am trying to find the marriage of my gt uncle .I have found a Joseph Shelton in 1888 6b769,but there are two ladies also who got married then and they all have 6b769 no. How do I know which is he one he married? |
