thanks for that advice i uninstalled firefox and installed the latest version but still getting the same problem. i am not to savvy with comuters so could you tell me how to clear my browsing history and tem internet files ??????? |

Sounds like your PC or browser has a problem. Are you using an up to date browser Version (IE 8 or Firefox 3.5, for example) |

used ancestry this morning and it was great but this afternoon i can go on the site and do a serch but when i click to open up the info the site crashes anyone else having this trouble i use firefox |
