yeah I've just been looking and found that too. This is probably the most likely cause i think, especially as they were both so young (1) and died the same time |

Debbie it may well be a good idea to look in the parish records. We had an outbreak of cholera where I am in Bucks in 1832 and they're all recorded in the records, drownings have been recorded too, and a great aunt of mind was burned to death and that's in the records. |

If the parish records don't say anything, perhaps the local papers may say if there is an epidemic |

The only place it may be recorded would be in the Parish Registers, but the cause of death was not usually given - there could have been an epidemic at the time |
