I have a CORNELUIS PALMER in 1841 census age 65 at Royal Hospital Chelsea as a private, i guess he was a pensioner? I then have him on 1851 census age 75 married to a Elizabeth Ashby age 38, it says Parish relief, i would like to know how can i find him as a Chelsea pensioner & what does parish relief mean on 1851 census |
