i am wondering if they mean records from churches which are kept on fiches? .In the Local studies section in manchester central library you can see the church record an print it of for a small charge ,these are as good as certs ,so i am informed,but ususally only for marriages .They should tell you what you can actually see.. |

i used to work in our local library and they provided free access to ancestry on all of their computers which were also free to use. |

BMD certs are not available to view anywhere online, you have to order the cert for details. |

No. Certificates will only be available if you purchase them - via GRO etc. |
