Hope I'm not stating the obvious, but how accurate is the 3 months? Can't remember the exact date of the 1891 census but she could have been born Dec 1890 and been registered in that quarter. Mind you, people don't seem to have been in any hurry to register in those days so it's only a slim chance. |
