Thanks $tormcha$er

Tried that and yes they are on the electrol roll (were in 2007) so will register in the morning and see if it gives me thier phone number.

Again many thanks.....His son is in Hospital in a coma, badly brain damaged.
He fell down the stairs last Saturday morning @ 2am. He smashed his head on the radiator.

He had an EEG today and the news wasnt good.

This is my friends husband. He hasnt spoken to his Dad in years.

Fingers crossed for Paul. He is in my prayers.

Save your money. The electoral roll (192.com) won't list their phone number unless they are also listed on the BT site. They can't show ex-directory numbers.

Could you contact the local police station where you think they live and ask them to pass a message on? Perhaps they would be able to help, they can only say no and it sounds a seriuos situation.

Good luck with it.

Latest news about Paul....

He had the eeg/ecg? what ever it's called! and the result was....
He isnt brain dead but there is only a very tiny bit of brain activity.
They are keeping him sedated and a machine is breathing for him.

His wife (my friend) feels that he's almost gone.

So it's a waiting game for her and thier 4 children. Very sad

We both know that Paul wouldnt want his Dad coming down to see him but we also think it's the right thing to do to inform him about his sons condition.

I've been messing around with 192.com and it seems they were in Belper (2007 electoral roll) still can't get an address though.

Now you have narrowed it down to a local town if no one on this site lives in the area, google the library name and they should be able to look it up in the local BT directory.

Hi liz47

No no news yet. Paul is just the same.
Heavely sedated after having a (scuse spelling) traciotome fitted.
This puts the tube thats breathing for him into his throat instead of in his mouth. His poor mouth is very sore.

I have told my friend of everyones help on here and she told me to thank you all for your concern.

She is going to phone the Belper Police and see if they can help.

She says her head feels fuzzy and dreamlike. I have told her to go to the docs and maybe get something to help her sleep through these nasty times.

Their children are coping in different ways....but mostly in denial.
Three are teenagers and the eldest is married with a child.
A lovely lovely Family that always help others.

Her youngest son had an appendisitus this week so she was running from one ward to the other! (he's home now)
Then the freezer packed up! lost all the food!

Thats three things! Lets hope it's the last!

A neighbour popped in to give her £200 to buy a new freezer and a few of us other neighbours gave her money to fill it.
This worlds not that bad is it?

Prayers for Paul please

Hi,

Get your friend to contact Derbyshire police on 0345 123 3333. Due to the circumstances they will be able to carry out a search on the voters register and with you having both his and her name should be able to find them (as long as they are registered. They should then get an officer to attend the address and advise of the situation. The search covers the whole country not just Derbyshire.
