Every top feed printer has a paper sensor it looks like your is stuck up and it thinks there's paper stuck in when there isn't, usually caused when it pulls in a lot of paper instead of just one sheet, open the printer as if your going to change the cartridge, there's usually a hole that you can poke a paper clip into to knock the sensor backdown, it's usually situated by the rollers on the right hand side of the bed if that don't work or you can't find it drop the printer squarely onto a carpet from about 3 inches height, this usually knocks the sensor back down. This dropping technique used to work on my old Epson cx3200 |

Printers are not worth repairing, I recently got quotes for someone to look at mine, as it was just a year old, but they all said, just scrap it. |

I have a load of info I need to print off and the printer is throwing a huff.........It keeps telling me to "clear the jam", but there is no jam. We cannot see anything at all that could be causeing it. |
