The 1881 may be James junior. On his marriage cert in 1885 Louisa is 22 and he is what looks like 21 but it is not clear so could be 31 which would make him born 1854 ish. |

This seems to be the only James Langley married to a Louisa that I can find on a census, yet this is 1881, 4 years before their marriage. |

James junior was born in 1864 in Newington, Surrey/London. Not sure about the stepson but could be a possible if I can't find the family. |

Some of you recently helped me to find James William Langley's marriage to Louisa Jee in 1885 in Walworth, Surrey. I now have the cert and James father was also James William Langley who is deceased. I cannot find any more about him in the census records except a possible in 1861 married to Emma. It says he was born in Saffron Walden, Essex about 1834. Now living in Newington, Walworth. No children though so not sure if this is James junior's father. can anyone find more about him please? Many thanks, Lynn |
