The most popular Anti-virus programs are AVG, Avast and Avira, as mentioned. I have AVG both and Avira installed at the moment. |

I'm with Avira and that seems to be ok, it tells you when theres new downloads, and I've got spyware terminator and zone alarm and they dont seem to be inconflict with each other and they work well for me. |

Or you could try Avast, updates daily no problem, I changed from AVG as ended up having lots of problems downloading updates etc and gave up in the end. |
