You need to look on the documentsonline website which you can access via the National Archives site - it appears on the drop down menu on "Search the Archives" on their home page. Then on documentsonline click on Research tools, then click on naval records,then on registers of seamens service, and put his name in! If he's there, you can download his record for £3-50 |

Can someone please advise me how and where to find records of WW1 Naval Service? I have tried the National Archive site but have been defeated by it. |
