Can anyone help? My great Aunt died on on 9 Sept 1913 in Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland aged 11months. Her name was Margaret Sharp Stenhouse Cook. Her mother was Agnes Stenhouse (ms) and father James Hogg Cook. I know James and Agnes emigrated to Illinois from around 1908 but they must have come back to Kirkcaldy as that is where Margaret died. I can't find Margaret's death in Scotland. Can anyone help me with American births? |

Did Margaret definitely die in Scotland or is she perhaps just commemorated on a Scottish gravestone? |

I found her death certificate at New Register House. James Hogg Cook, his wife Agnes and Margaret are all buried together and my dad told me there is no headstone, I've checked this and it's an unmarked grave. |

Thanks for the info everyone. I'll change the thread to American births and see what comes up! |
