Installing Flash Player on Family Search.

I had to uninstall Flash Player before I could install the update. If you look in the support centre on the Adobe web site you will find a link to download the uninstaller. When you install again, make sure you have closed all unnecessary browser windows. |

When trying to search some records on Family Seach I am told I need to install Flash Player - I go through the istallation and then try again and am told I need to install flash player - what am I doing wrong please. Anyone that can help me please. Many thanks Irene |
