My great grandfather was killed in action during WW1. Can anybody please tell me if some form of death certificate could be obtained and how I should go about it? |

WWI records are on Ancestry, what is his name? Have you found him on the CWGC website? |

Yes, I have found him on ancestry, but there is not a lot of info on there about him, was hoping for a bit more. His name is Charles John Hydon :) thanks for the reply. |

Forgot to say, you won't get a death certificate, only a record of his entry on the cwgc website, which might tell you when and where he died, who his parents were, where he was from, and where he is buried or commemorated. |
