Can you see who lived at an address without having to pay like in the other census returns?

Many Thanks did it , no luck though again a completely different family less than one month later, just don't get it. That was my final chance on difficult names JONES & DAVIES !!

I have done the search and it is there.
On the home page, choose "search for a place" just to the left of the large green search button
Put Prescott St in the street
Choose Cheshire, then Hoole in the residential place

I used ST not street and 28 is in the list of results

I have just run the search again, using STREET and as you found, it only gives the odd numbers

OK I've just spent all my credits on the 1911 census and didn't get the answers I expected.
Despite having a wedding cert of mt g grandparent married 11 mar 1911 it gives their addresses. So they lived there a month before the census was taken.
I can't find 28 Prescott Street, Hoole, Cheshire I only get the odd house numbers up, surely they did the even ones too?
(Family names David Davies Head)
Any suggestions ?
