I also have some one I Can not find his death in any records, he was in the wiltshire local miltra in 1908 I need to go to Kew to look at his records, |

Thanks for the help. I have been searching for a death for somebody on here but had no luck so I thought that this might be a possibility as he was a soldier but prior to WW1 |

His death would not be recorded in the UK records, there would be no death certificate. Try the commonwealth graves commission website. |

Dont really know the answer but if it's 7 years wait before presumed dead in UK, then same would apply to The Forces ? |

Can anybody tell me if a soldier was presumed missing in action how long would it be before his "death" could be recorded |
