Any tips please on organising certs. I have tried putting bmds of person in one file under the birth name, but this doesn't work. If anybody has any good ideas it would be appreciated. Thanks |

I have three loose leaf folder. One each for births, marriages and deaths. |

Mine are not in any set order, at the moment I have the marriage certificate plus birth and death certificates for that couple all in one plastic folder, I though rarely look at them as I put the information into FTM when I get the certificate as well as attaching a digital photo (I don't have a scanner, but a high resolution photo is just as good as scaning it in) of the certificate to the appropriate person. |
