Help - made a mistake on GRO cert order

You could try sending an email to the GRO, Tina. I have found them helpful when I have done that. |

I was told that once an online order is placed you can't do anything about changing it (even if you were to phone them). |

I have had a very bad week. Brain (what's left of it) has gone AWOL. I ordered a marriage cert last night on line from the GRO. When I printed out the receipt at the end, I realised that I have put William McElrou instead of William McElroy. I did not give the wife's name. I have given them the correct reference number, and my customer ref says wmmcelroymarr1859, but I don't know if they will notice that. |
