Hetty - short for?

Is the name Hetty short for another name? I am trying to find a marriage record on FreeBMD, but husband's name is fairly common, and a cross reference with 'Hetty' is showing zero results.

Hi We have lots of Henriettas in my tree & they nearly all got called Hetty.Hope this helps.

I have a Hetty in my family tree and I always assumed her name to be Henrietta, but her name is Ethel.

I have a Hetty in my tree,
her real name was Elizabeth.
