yea this looks about right, so he didnt die by the looks of things, but she is deffinatly married to Charles Beaumont in 1911... hmmmm

Is Eliza Turner Ada's mother? just to get the maiden name... thank you again for this help.

Looks like between 1901 and 1911 Ada got divorced and married Charles Beaumont. or her husband may have died... plenty for me to look into..

so ethel is from ada's previous marriage, hence the age difference.

Does ethel appear on the 1901 census with Charles and Ada? cant find them.

I'm afraid not, this is all the information i have;

Charles Beaumont - 48 MACHINIST RIFFLE SHELL DEPT ROYAL ARSENAL born in WOOLWICH LONDON.

married to;

BEAUMONT, ADA - 44 born WOOLWICH LONDON, says married for 22 years so married around 1889.

Hi, i cant seem to find anything before 1901 for my great great grandfather Charles Beaumont.

From the 1911 census i know he was born around 1863/4 in Woolwich, Greater London. Was a machinist in the Riffle Shell Dept at the Royal Woolwich Arsenal. Prior to 1901 i cant seem to find him. am i being really stupid here?

Any help would be a great.
