If you export your file from Genes does your tree disapear off Genes or do you just export a copy? |

I paid £20 for an upgrade to FTM 2009. Perhaps it is me, but so far I hate it and have gone back to FTM 2005. I'll have a look at Family Historian. |

If you really do need new software, then go with Family Historian, the Which Best Buy. I find it excellent and it will do all you want to do. |

You don't need new software to add these sort of details - FTM 2005 has all you need with its Facts options. |

My husband and I are looking to buy a new software programme. Ideally we would like one where there is a section to add in details of each census, ie you can add where they were living, who they were living with,etc. |
