You can write to the GRO asking for the birth cert using the name and date of birth - you don't need the GRO ref number. They will do a 3 year search if you don't have the full dob (although I think you might need it for any birth within the last 50 years anyway). |

Hi,can anyone please help? I have been looking for the birth certificate for a Dean William Pinder,but when i found it on an entry, the page number was crossed out and written in pen with a /s after it. I then tried ordering a copy but they keep sending a part refund,saying it cant be found. It may sound daft, but its in black and white, Oct.- Dec. quarter 1967. HELP. |
