Trying to find the birth records of a Mr Edward Arnold who died in France during WW1 (he was a Sergeant for the Royal Warwickshire Regiment, 11th Battalion) He died on 17th November 1916. He Married Eleanor Webster in Norwich in 1913 at the age of 25. His father is also believed to be of the same name. He enlisted in York. We cannot find his birth records. But there maybe a link with The Collegiate College in Beccles, not sure. |
