I have looked on 192 for Norman Bakers living in Sheffield..there are only 2, so I'm going to try and write to both and see if his did keep his mothers maiden name... |

If your Mum visited him it would suggest that perhaps he was adopted within the family, - maybe not even a formal adoption. |
