1911 Census to be released early!

It's good than any of the 1911 census is being released early, but I would imagine that is is going to be a very small proportion (mainly large conurbations) and I wonder how much the public will be charged for viewing this census? |

This is reasonably old news, as the quoted release has been out for a number of months. |

Annie - you should be able to see most of it. The only bits you won't be able to see are items that refer to the person's health, infirmity or other items that could cause embarrasment on the off-chance they are still alive (they gave the example of a infant born in prison). This information would be "Redacted" (hidden to you and me) until 2012. |

Apologies if this is old news - I did a quick search on the Tips Board for 1911 to see if anyone else had already posted a similar thread, but there was nothing. |

I also got this e-mail this afternoon. Someone mentioned in the past that the 1911 census would be included in FMP sub - but who knows. |
