This looks like Kate. You could guess that Walter would be about the same age to narrow things down - but you probably need the marriage certificate. |

Because Smith is such a common name it would make sense to buy the marriage cert, then if that doesnt help his birth cert later |

If you buy his marriage certificate it will tell you his age so you will know when he was born. It will also tell you the name an occupation of his father which will make it easier to find him on the 1901 census. |
