Getting cert

I have been doing research for a few years now, I found the best way to buy cert is to go to the council webpage of the area ie Glasgow, Lincoln, Wales anywhere in britian. They only charge you between 7 and 15 pounds where if you buy a cert on one of these webpages that also do cert they charge you 25pounds and up so thats my tip for the day |

And if you go to the GRO weebsite they will charge £7.00 exactly providing you have the reference number. Nobody should EVER pay £25 for a certificate!! |
