How easy is it to cancel after "free" Ancestry mem

There is no problem cancelling as long as you do it a couple of days before the date is up. |

Thanks for your replies guys. Will bite the bullet and do it - dying to get my hands on Ancestry records even if it is only for a little while! |

Ancestry have easily the very best customer service team anywhere. They put my trial as 1 month instead of 3 and a really helpful lady answered the phone almost instantly and sorted it. Would that all businesses followed their model... |

Im surprised they want your credit card details if the 3 months is free with a program? Have you registered your program - Im a bit worried you are clicking on the activate free trial tab rather than the register program one. |
