I agree - paper files are far from ideal, but they can always be changed around. I use files in 4 different colours for the families of each of my 4 grandparents, with names written on the spines, so at least I can see at a glance which bit of my family I'm dealing with. |

I find sorting out paper files almost impossible. No matter how you arrange them there always seem to be things that don't quite fit. |
