British Citizen born in Pakistan 1946

Pakistan didn't exist in 1946. It was still part of British India at the time - becoming independant in 1947. |

Trying to figure out how I can get a birth certificate for someone born in Pakistan in 1946. I beleive his father was in Royal Airforce and family may have been stationed there. As far as I know, both parents were British citizens. |
