My Fathers Uncle Fred Savage owned a company named Au Fait,that made ladies corsets ect, they had a shop in Brook Street, Mayfair, and a factory in Southwark, how can I find any more about this! I know it existed during WW11 as I remember my dad had letters mentioning the factory had received some bomb damage. |

You could google. You could contact Southwark Archives Local studies library. They have always been brilliant when Ive asked for local info/pics. |

Have you tried the London Gazette site? Also he was probably listed in the London Directories and phone books. Try searching Ancestry. |
